Good Fellas calculates these efficiency statistics based on strict guidelines and in accordance with our T&C's of service. Each booking is evaluated against on time and service efficiency criteria. Bookings which meet these criteria are classified as competent service and expressed as a % of total bookings per month. We aim to achieve in excess of 98% competency.
Member feedback assists us to identify good service and occasionally incompetent service. Our Customer Relations team utilise this feedback to ensure continued improvements to your experience of our service.
