COVID-19 Lockdown

Dear Customer

We at Good Fellas hope that you and your family are staying safe during these very difficult and uncertain times.

Please note that we have put a plan in place to credit charges for April against future charges to your Good Fellas package.

This will be applied proportionately to any extension beyond end April should we be unable to operate due to lockdown restrictions. This is being done to fully compensate you for the April period and any further period during which we are unable to provide services due the Covid-19 lockdown.

Good Fellas Prime – Standard Discounted Package:

The full amount of your monthly fee for April will be credited against your first booking made before the 31st December 2020. This effectively means that you will receive one month free of the monthly charge on your Standard Discounted Package.

This mechanism will be proportionately applied and in the same way to any extended period beyond end April should we be unable to provide service due to lockdown restrictions.

Good Fellas Prime - Discounted 45 and 90 Packages:

At the end of April a reduced amount of R119.54 (coastal) or R126.26 (inland) per package will be debited against your account.

This amount will then be credited in full against your package charge at the end of May. This effectively means that you will receive a full month free of the monthly charge on your Discounted 45 or Discounted 90 Package, while retaining all the benefits and discounts on your Package.

In the event of a partial extension, during May or in a subsequent month, in which we are unable to operate due to lockdown restrictions, your package and charges for the month will be proportionately reduced.
