Good Fellas Terms & Conditions for New Year’s Eve bookings - 31 December 2019

  • Reminder that New Year’s Eve bookings can only be pre-booked on a first come, first served basis.
  • PRIME USERS (Clients who pay a monthly discounted fee): All NYE bookings will incur a non-refundable R100-00 surcharge (ex VAT).
  • ALL OTHER USERS: All NYE bookings will incur a non-refundable R172-50 surcharge (inc VAT).
  • All bookings that are in the extended service area in Western Cape (as per our Service Area Maps) will incur an additional R100 surcharge. Click here to view the map for Western Cape Service Area.
  • Please ensure that accurate pick up and drop off addresses are given in order to confirm the booking, as drivers’ routes are scheduled accordingly. No changes can be accommodated.
  • All bookings cancelled after midday, 12h00 on the 31st Dec 2019 will remain billable regardless of time on the 31st December. If a person wishes to cancel, this must be done latest 11h59 on 31st Dec 2019.
  • Good Fellas’ telephone lines (086 143 3552 / 041 506 4800) will be closed for incoming calls once all booking time slots have been filled or at 17h00 on 31 December 2019, whichever occurs first. You will receive a cell phone number by 21h00 on the 31st Dec via SMS should you wish to contact us regarding your booking.
  • App bookings are not guaranteed unless the second “Booking confirmation” SMS is received by the client.
  • The Good Fellas’ app booking facility will also be unavailable once all time slots are full, it will become available again on 1 January 2020 from 12h00.
