  • You are a moderate but regular user (twice or more per month) and want the benefit of a better rate than the Pay as you Go solution.
    You purchase 45kms in your monthly package at a discounted rate per km.

  • You are living smart and, as a regular user of the service, you want the best price for your peace of mind. You purchase 90 kms in your monthly package at a maximum discounted rate per km.

    Promotion - While you pay a maximum discounted rate for 90kms, you will receive an extra 10kms for free effectively giving you 100kms for your money each billing month.

FAMILY MEMBERS:

Family Packages at an additional R53.10 per secondary member for
Discounted 45 and Discounted 90 packages only.

  • The members shall pay monthly in advance, the monthly subscription charges and the applicable package charges as set out in the schedule.
  • The members shall pay monthly in arrears, the total charges incurred by the member in respect of the services rendered exceeding the unit allowance in terms of the package set out in the schedule.
  • Units do not carry over to the following month. The cut-off date for the validity of Units within a particular month is at 05:00am on the 26th day of every month.

  • A monthly administration fee of R8.90 for members in Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein Service Areas and R11.90 for members in Johannesburg and Pretoria Service Areas applies.
  • A surcharge of R69.57 will be charged for Service Callouts made after 01:20am and outside the Standard Operating Hours as per the Terms and Conditions.
  • A R117.39 surcharge is implemented when travelling in our extended service area in the Western Cape and Durban.
  • A surcharge will be charged for New Years Eve Bookings.
  • The pricing, as per the Schedule of Rates, may be amended in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Subscriber Agreement.
  • * All prices in the Schedule of Rates exclude Vat.

  • A minimum trip charge on the applicable package will apply to cancellations of ad-hoc bookings.
  • A minimum trip charge on the applicable package will also apply to cancellations of pre-booked calls which are cancelled within 1 hour of the collected time.
